Pre-Migration Intake
Your responses help us identify the planning opportunities available to your family before you become subject to U.S. taxation, and define the scope of work required to address them properly.
How we hold your answers is set out in our Privacy Notice.

Submit your answers
Partial answers are fine. Nothing reaches us until you submit.
Clearing removes the copy saved in this browser. It does not withdraw anything already submitted.

Where your answers are
This form asks a family for the most private facts it holds. You are entitled to know exactly where those facts sit, so this is written plainly rather than as a policy nobody reads.
- While you are filling it in
- Your answers are saved to your family's intake on our database as you type, so everyone in your family who is on our record can fill it in with you from their own device. Only the people on your family's record and your 5Stones advisor can open it. Nothing about your answers is kept in this browser, and signing out of your portal removes your session from this computer.
- While you are filling it in
- Your answers are saved in this browser, on this device, as you type. That draft is what lets you close the page and come back to it later without losing your place. It stays on this computer. It is not sent to us, it is not sent anywhere else, and nobody but someone sitting at this computer can see it. Clearing the form removes it, and so does clearing the site data in your browser. If you are working on a shared or borrowed computer, clear the form when you are finished.
- When you press send
- Pressing send is the moment your answers leave this computer, and they are encrypted before they go. They travel to us over an encrypted connection and are written to a database we control, where they are encrypted at rest. The table is closed by default: it carries row level security with no access policies at all, so no key that could ever reach a browser can read it or write to it. One server side key held by 5Stones is the only way in.
